Hi, I’m Tyler — a Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and the founder of Daily Wellness. I also own Anytime Fitness in Australind, where I’ve spent over 8 years helping people in Bunbury, Australind, Eaton, and beyond improve their health and feel their best.
I started Daily Wellness Co. because I believe wellness doesn’t need to be complicated. It begins with the small things you do each day — moving your body, eating nourishing foods, and taking a few moments for your mental well-being. These choices might seem small at the time, but over weeks and months, they lead to big changes in how you feel, live, and show up for yourself.
